Mariusz from Bud-Max is an old-school professional who knows his job, but his company looked amateurish. We helped him show professionalism without the fluff. We changed the logo, vans, and website, which immediately translated into calls from serious customers.

The challenge

Mariusz has been running his company in Solec Kujawski since September 2012. For years, he relied only on word of mouth. In February 2024, he received only 11 calls from new people. His vans were white and dirty, without any lettering. Customers often haggled over every zloty because the company didn't inspire trust at first glance. Mariusz was losing about 38,000 zł in potential monthly profit because wealthier investors were choosing teams from Bydgoszcz that simply looked better.

Our approach

The Vistula Brand Factory team went to the construction site in March 2024. We saw that Mariusz kept his tools in order and had a solid crew. That was our starting point. We focused on simplicity. No drawings of little houses in the logo. We focused on three things: visibility on the road, a clear offer, and building authority. We worked in a 3-person team for 9 weeks.

The solution

We designed a strong logo with thick lettering that is visible from a great distance. We wrapped two Renault Master vans with durable vinyl. Now everyone sees Bud-Max when they park at the construction market. We created a simple website. There are no long texts. There are concrete photos of realizations and a big 'Call' button. We also added local SEO for Solec and the surrounding area so Mariusz wouldn't have to go further than 30 km from home for quotes.

Results

Within three months of finishing the work, Mariusz had to hire two new employees. The company stopped being anonymous and started attracting customers who don't ask for a discount upfront.
