Privacy Policy of Vistula Brand Factory
Last updated: November 2024
Who manages your data?
The owner of this website and the administrator of your personal data is Vistula Brand Factory, based in Bydgoszcz, at ul. Zygmunta Augusta 7. We have been operating on the market since September 2016 and we know that trust is the foundation of business. We take your data seriously. We are not a big corporation that trades information. We are a local team of designers who need your e-mail only to prepare a concrete logo or marketing plan for you. We do it concretely and in accordance with the GDPR regulations in force in Poland. If you have any questions regarding how we store your information, write to us directly at biuro@vistulabrand.pl or call +48 52 321 00 99. Zero fluff, we'll answer straight talk.
What data do we collect and why?
We only collect the information that you give us yourself. Most often this happens through our contact form or when you send us a regular e-mail. We then ask for your name, company name, and e-mail address. Sometimes we also need a phone number to quickly discuss the details of the order. This data is used solely to answer your inquiry, prepare a quote, and implement the project. We don't send spam. We don't sign you up for any mailing lists without your explicit consent. We store this information as long as our cooperation lasts or until you ask for its removal. If a contract is signed and an invoice is issued, your data will also go into our accounting documentation, as required by Polish tax law. Does it work? It works.
Cookies and statistics
Our site uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that your browser saves on the disk. Thanks to them, the site works faster and we know how many people visit our portfolio. We use simple statistical tools, such as Google Analytics, to see which of our services (e.g., logo design or sales strategies) enjoy the most interest. We do not track your private movements on the internet. We are only interested in whether our site is readable and whether it is easy to find contact details on it. You can at any time disable cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, although it might load a bit slower. We do this to improve our offer for companies from Bydgoszcz and the surrounding area.
Your rights to the data
According to the GDPR regulations, you have full control over your data. You have the right to access it at any time. You can ask us to correct it if, for example, you have changed your phone number or company name. You also have the right to demand complete removal of your data from our database. If you want us to forget about you after sending an offer, just let us know. We carry out such requests without unnecessary questions and without fluff. You can also request to restrict processing of data only to specific purposes. We accept all requests in this regard by e-mail. We reply quickly, usually within a few business hours, because we value your time as much as ours. Straight talk – your data is your property, we only borrow it for work for a while.
Information security
We ensure that no unauthorized person looks into your business. Our site is secured with an SSL certificate. That's the padlock you see next to the site address in the browser. It means that every message sent via the form is encrypted. Your data does not lie on publicly accessible servers. Access to it is only available to authorized employees of Vistula Brand Factory who deal with customer service and design. We regularly check our systems and ensure that the software is up to date. We do not keep data longer than necessary. After the project is completed and legal deadlines expire (e.g., for complaint purposes or settlements with the tax office), unnecessary data is safely removed. Security in small business is a priority for us.
Server logs
Like every site on the internet, our server automatically records certain technical data in so-called logs. This is information about the IP address from which you entered the site, type of browser, operating system, and the date and time of visit. This data is anonymous. We do not combine it with your name or e-mail from the form. It serves us only for technical purposes – to know if the server is not overloaded and if the site does not generate errors. This is a standard procedure used by every solid hosting company in Poland. We do not use this data for marketing or for profiling users. Zero fluff, it's pure technique needed for the smooth operation of the site.

By choosing to work with us, you are sure that your data is in good hands and serves only one purpose: building a strong brand for your company.
